We're happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50USD! For orders under $50 USD see shipping costs below. Orders may be shipping in multiple packages.

Most orders will shipped out within a day of ordering. However, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Some orders may take 24-48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via Standard Shipping unless an alternative is selected.

We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses, and to more than 100 other countries. Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited.

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Expedited shipping orders such as, Priority and Express shipping, are prioritized to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our location in Los Angeles, California via USPS. Aeoncollection follows the standard methods available for shipping by USPS.

Free Shipping Info

USA, Australia, and Canada- Free Standard Shipping valid on orders over $50+ USD.

All other International countries- Free USPS Express International Shipping valid on orders over $100+ US Dollars.

Any duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Free Shipping applies to the merchandise only. Taxes, Duties, Gift Cards and oversized shipping charges do not count toward the Free Shipping total.




Lost or Stolen Packages

 If the package shows that it has been delivered to your address, but is missing, you must report to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic order) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international order). Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an investigation with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if the item is in stock.
